Honestly, there was only one person more excited for Kayla and Jim to get married other than Kayla and Jim-
and it was me.
I've known Kayla since our HIGH SCHOOL days when she and I worked together in the school library! She has always, always had an effortlessly cool, free-spirited vibe, and a personality of laid back happiness that spread to everyone around her. The first time I met Jim was in our tiny hometown's summer festival, and I couldn't help but notice the doting way he looked on at her, their little love languages, and most importantly, how happy they were just being together. I immediately knew I HAD to capture them when they finally got engaged, and was thrilled when Kayla agreed to let me art-direct their session at Hartwood Acres!
